Step 3: Take the State Exam. Click Here.
Step 4: Start the filing process. Go to Click Here.
- Attach scanned copies of:
  - Affirmation (PDF) form signed and notarized,
  - Both sides of acceptable identification,
  - Notary training certificate,
  - Notary exam certificate, and
  - If you are not a U.S. citizen, a copy of both sides of your permanent resident card or visa.
Step 5: Receive email notification of acceptance of application.
Step 6: Log in and print your Notary Commission Certificate.
